- There are 23.33 lakh active registered companies and LLPs in India at present. The month of June 2025 saw 24,179 new companies incorporated in 5,128 pincodes (compared with 28,201 new companies incorporated in 5,701 pincodes in May 2025).
- 8.1% more entities got incorporated in India in the last 12 months with the MCA.
- The top 5 Probe Industries based on total count are Information Technology (118k), Real Estate (108.8k), BFSI (89.6k), Manufacturing (66.1k), and Outsourcing (64k).

- North Region has 115.8k charges covering 5 States (Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh) with total charges of Rs 26,57,511.0 cr.
- West Region has 345.3k charges covering 5 States (West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Sikkim) with total charges of Rs 1,71,24,276.0 cr.
- South Region has 252.3k charges covering 5 States (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh) with total charges of Rs 74,71,791.0 cr.
- East Region has 110k charges covering 4 States (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Goa) with total charges of Rs 22,35,209.5 cr.
- Central Region has 36k charges covering 2 States (Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh) with total charges of Rs 5,98,056.3 cr.
- North East Region has 8.8k charges covering 7 States (Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram) with total charges of Rs 1,15,484.4 cr.
- Union Territories of India have 165.6k charges covering 9 Union Territories (Delhi, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir, Pondicherry, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Daman & Diu, Ladakh, Lakshadweep) with total charges of Rs 52,90,768.8 cr.
