- India currently has 25.53 lakh active registered companies and LLPs.
- February 2026 recorded 33,916 new company incorporations across 6,486 pincodes, compared to 33,350 incorporations across 6,444 pincodes in January 2026.
- Over the last 12 months, 41.1% more entities were incorporated with the MCA compared to the previous period (341.3k during Mar-25 to Feb-26 vs 241.9k during Mar-24 to Feb-25).
- February 2026 also saw 47.0% higher incorporations compared to February 2025.
- 3.92 lakh companies currently have a secured loan from a bank or NBFC.
